I created an ideal oscillator model using sources from analogLib. I was able to simulated the model for phase noise (jitter mode).
The phase-noise plot correctly predicts the the 1/(f^2) region as only resistors thermal noise is modeled. On adding a noise file
with 1/f profile I'm still only getting phase noise with 1/(f^2) region, which brings me to my question. Does using a noise file limit
spectreRF to modelling the effect of white noise sources or the 1/(f^3) region can be modeled this way as well? This is important as
we rely heavily on noise file to model system level noise sources and close in phase-noise is important to us.
