Transformer Model Using EMX

Hi,

On n-port extraction of passives (in this case a transformer), I observe that pin selection (internal or edge) has effect on L and Q. My question is, which one is correct (closer to Silicon)?

Also, on EMX form, advanced options, when should we ever select the "Radiation" box?
